Our Citrus Pepper Rub has a garlic, citrus and pepper flavor to it. Citrus Pepper Rub is a great seasoning for any type of whitefish and also is an amazing rub for seared tuna. To make seared ahi tuna, simply thaw AAA Saku Block Ahi tuna, rinse with cold water and pay dry with a paper towel. Next, pour approximately 1 ounce of Citrus Pepper Rub on a plate then roll all sides of tuna on rub so the tuna is well covered. Pre-heat a saute pan on medium high heat. When pan is hot, spray it with a non-stick cooking spray immediately before placing tuna in the pan. Sear tuna for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side but no longer than 2 minutes total cooking time. Slice and serve.
