Considered the steak of Alaskan seafood, wild Alaskan halibut Fillets are naturally lean with a firm white meat. Although halibut can grow to be the largest wild flatfish in the ocean, we hand select the smallest and most tender Alaskan halibut for our skinless petite portions.
